Remember.. Average amount. It’s called “The 90+ Study” which started to be developed in 2003 and they examine the oldest age group, for about 1,700 nonagenarians to decide what is the key to live your 90th birthday and further than that.
Furthermore, more craft beers are filling up the shelves on the stores and the study has found, among other things, people who drank average amounts of alcohol of coffee lived longer than those who doesn’t. Another founding is that overweight people in their 70s lived longer than normal or the underweight people.
“I have no explanation for it, but I do firmly believe that modest drinking improves longevity,” told a key researcher for the study, Dr. Claudia Kawas who recently said that at the American Association for the Advancement of Science conference in Austin.
The people who consume two glasses of beer or wine every day decreased their risk at premature death by 18% and to those who consume coffee two cups a day, decrease their risk by 10% found by the researchers.
