Making your very own personal skincare would let you help mother nature! You can make all the products as your homemade remedies, whenever you’re able to. The simplest homemade skincare would be coffee body scrub! It offers antioxidant and could extend to the skin. If you apply it correctly, the caffeine contained in coffee would stimulate blood flow, therefore your skin would appear brighter and radiant. It could also help to reduce inflammation, swelling to give you tightening effect around the thighs area.

You can add a sprinkle of cinnamon to it and mix them together. A touch of cinnamon will boost the blood flow to the outer surface of the skin, they will act as an exfoliator to make your skin shine and supple. It has antibacterial and antifungal benefits to kill germs and heal wounds swiftly.
Exfoliating the skin will help it looks alive again while it’s tired. Coffee is high in antioxidant and cinnamon help the blood flow. You can also add coconut oil for moisture, making your skin a lot smoother than ever.

The Recipe for 1 cup of scrub:
1. Ingredients
½ cup brewed coffee grounds
1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
¼ cup sugar
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract or essence
¼ cup coconut oil
2. Method
Mix the coffee grounds, cinnamons, sugar, vanilla and coconut oil into a small container, add a little bit of water and make a paste. When you’re done move it to the desired container or jar.
3. How to use

When you’re in the shower, scrub lightly, exfoliate your skin on the areas you want and massage more on the are with problems. Rinse until clean. For another extra pampering time, pour a bit of cold coconut oil milk all over your body right after you apply the scrub, not after you rinse the scrub. You can use your homemade coffee scrub within 6 months only.
